WORK PROCEDURES
-I personally move furniture's (even the largest ones with ease,  
   I have the tools and technique) and cover them with plastic.
-All floors will be covered with drop sheet.
-Walls sanded, holes and imperfections fixed and spot primed.
-Finish coat applied (usually two)
-Total clean up after my work,furnitures moved back to their place.
-I do all the extra work so you don't have to.

EXTERIORS
-Sidings-Decks-Windows-Doors-Stucco-Brick, basically everything
  what is painted or paintable.
-All the necessary preparation before painting-Scraping loose paint,
  sanding, caulking gaps where is necessary, priming bare wood.
-Finish coat, usually two (three or more on window seals)
-Even outside floors and roof tops are covered.
-Work with care around your plants and garden.
